Brandon Konda, CFP® is the founder and principal of The Freyr Group. He is a fee-based financial advisor focusing on small business services, investment management, and comprehensive financial planning. In addition to being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, he is a licensed life insurance agent.
As a first-generation college student who financed his own post-secondary education, Brandon understands the importance of proper financial planning in achieving one's goals. He received his undergraduate degree in History and Political Science from Kansas State University and his Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University.
Prior to his financial services career, he worked as a Legislative Aide for two members of the U.S. House of Representatives and as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Max Michalczik, CFP® is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and fee-based financial advisor in Phoenix, Arizona. He works closely with clients to provide investment management, small business services, and comprehensive financial planning tailored to their goals. As a licensed insurance agent, Max offers a full spectrum of strategies to help clients protect and grow their wealth.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance with a Certificate in Financial Planning from Northern Arizona University, where he balanced academics and athletics as a member of the football team. Before becoming a financial planner, Max coached at the collegiate level, where he discovered his passion for guiding others through complex challenges—a skill he now applies to helping clients navigate life’s financial decisions.
Max serves as Treasurer on the board of a local Arizona nonprofit and volunteers to support the Northern Arizona University’s CFP® program and students. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Erica, and spending time outdoors with their two dogs.
